RJS & Associates was founded by Robert (Bob) Simmons. His primary focus was identifying inefficiencies and innovating new ways to safely and efficiently build concrete structures. As a named inventor on 145+ patents, he is renowned as a hands-on innovator and thought leader in the Industrialized Construction sector.

The DNA of RJS stems from Mr. Simmons and his core team. For over 30 years this team has developed an undeniable reputation for being the “go to building solution”.

Future Growth

Now under the ownership & leadership of his sons, Max and TJ Simmons, the legacy of RJS & Associates remains while new opportunities are explored.

From a young age, both sons have worked alongside Bob in both the field and on the shop floor. They have since launched multiple successful business ventures serving some of the most prominent national and global companies.

Max & TJ will continue to apply their hard-earned business and leadership skills towards continuously improving the business and solving problems that bring value to our clients.
